摘要: Fluorides and fluoroaluminates decrease mouse sperm fertilizing potential by modifying the process of preparation for fertilization, so-called capacitation, followed acrosome reaction (AR). Capacitation was monitored protein tyrosine phosphorylation (pTyr), AR induced consequently. The aim this study to apply kinetic analysis previously obtained dependences pTyr at capacitation times, propose a mathematical theory mechanism when maturation ability is amended external stimuli. experimental input data, obtained, are consistent with proposed results show that runs as two subsequent first-order steps.
