摘要: Although researchers have been working on the field of cursive script recognition (CSR) for more than thirty years, existing systems are still limited to restricted applications and this research remains quite open. This paper aims present basic principles techniques used so far classify them according type strategy they based on. It will mainly focus off-line although most strategies presented here also valid on-line recognition.
