摘要: This article provides both quantitative and qualitative evaluations of supermolecular structures present in segmented polyurethane elastomers. work presents our recent results from investigation the microdomain morphology poly-(ether-urethanes) based on polyethylene glycol poly-(ester-urethanes) poly-e-caprolactone diol with different molecular weight as soft segments hard combination TDI triethanolamine or 4,4′,4″-triphenylmethane triisocyanate (Desmodur RE). Those PU elastomers were obtained not only a typical one-step method but also prepolymer use urethane oligomers controlled distribution (MWD). Prepolymers well-defined chain narrow distributions their weights (MWD) = 1.1–1.6 produced multistage method, i.e., step-by-step polyaddition 2,4- 2,6-TDI polyoxyethylenediols polycaprolactonediols weights. Isocyanate at individual stages then crosslinked triethanolamine, whereas hydroxyl-terminated Desmodur RE. Microdomain hard-segments structure was characterized by means wide-angle X-ray scattering scanning electron microscope. The phase crystallinity investigated. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
