摘要: The definitions of mean residence time drug molecules in the body (MRT) from literature are reviewed. A formal definition MRT, based on excretion and amount drug, a parameter which is independent constancy both clearance volume distribution, introduced compared to other existing MRTs, that is, MRT for two-compartment model, stochastic body. inherent assumptions methods determining various MRTs discussed. Published information coefficients constants (Collier21) describe biexponential decay systemic circulation were utilized illustrate similarities differences MRTs. calculated theoretical relationships as well estimated simulated data equivalent conditions. area under moment curve/area curve (AUMC/AUC) model AUC/C(0) assume respectively.
