摘要: Purpose This study aims to develop and establish the content validity of multiple expert rating instruments assess performance in endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV), collectively called Neuro-Endoscopic Ventriculostomy Assessment Tool (NEVAT). Methods The important aspects ETV were identified through a review current literature, videos, discussion with neurosurgeons, fellows, residents. Three assessment measures subsequently developed: procedure-specific checklist (CL), CL surgical errors, global scale (GRS). Neurosurgeons from various countries, all as experts ETV, then invited participateinamodifiedDelphisurveytoestablishthecontent these instruments. In each Delphi round, rated their agreement including procedural step, error, GRS item respective on 5point Likert scale.
