摘要: Abstract Laser cutting has become an acceptable process in automated sheet metal industry. Efficiency and quality can be maintained with laser cutting. However, oxygen assisted may influence the metallurgical structure of cut edges. Consequently, present study, diffusion into solid substrate vicinity edge is considered together changes at surface. To achieve this, experiment designed conducted to stainless steel workpiece a CO2 beam different pressures. determine elemental distribution edges, Micro-Particle Induced x-Ray Emission (μ-PIXE), Nuclear Reaction Analysis (μ-NRA) EDS are carried out. It found that no peak evident Cr, Al Si enriched locally.
