摘要: In this study we have analyzed the chromosomal changes in preleukemic phase SJL/J mice treated with radiation and acute myeloid leukemias (AMLs) induced by alone or additional corticosteroid treatment. exposed to 300 rad whole body irradiation developed a low incidence of AML (20-25%) that could be markedly increased (to 50-70%) coleukemogenic treatment corticosteroids. Partial deletion one chromosome 2 was found 100% bone marrow spleen cells leukemic animals both modalities, whereas age-matched controls exhibited normal karyotype. Five types were observed according site size, but region D through G common missing part all five deletion. The occurrence also tested among removed from 17 mice, 4 months after exposure irradiation, long before time when development is expected. About 80% had different levels deleted their population.
