摘要: Abstract Transmission network expansion planning (TNEP) is subject to several constraints that are driven by new market rules, such as generation uncertainty, demand growth, seasonal climate changes and technological advances. When considering multiple scenarios, due different operational conditions, it necessary find an plan allows the expanded system operate properly for each scenario. This paper presents a strategy provides plans efficiently in all previously defined scenarios keep reasonable values costs. Thus, developed mathematical model us adequate with costs can be controlled, small infeasibilities operation of may not significant long-term planning. The proposed approach applied 24-bus Colombian 93-bus system. results indicate obtained using present much lower compared conventional TNEP very low system, which corrected short-term
