Novel adsorption refrigerators with separate type two phase closed thermosyphon designs

摘要: Summary Two adsorption refrigerators with separate type two-phase closed thermosyphon heating processes are designed to improve the heat transfer performance and reduce system's moving parts number size. One refrigerator uses design of three-effect heating/cooling; other one separated force convection cooling. The results show that coefficient (COP) specific cooling power (SCP) can be improved because pressure difference mass recovery process. system is more attractive fewer used size reduced for building. Moreover, thermal beds as pipe, which avoid problem corrosion from or sink sources, such heavy-duty exhaust gases seawater. Under nominal working condition, evaporating temperature, COP SCP reach −21 °C, 0.26 474 W kg−1. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
