摘要: Radiotherapy (RT) is one of the most important modalities for cancer treatment. For many years, impact RT on cells has been extensively studied. Recently, tumor microenvironment (TME) emerged as key factors in therapy resistance. known to influence and modify diverse components TME. Hence, we intent review data from literature low high single dose, well fractionated host (endothelial cells, fibroblasts, immune inflammatory cells) extracellular matrix. Optimizing schedule (i.e., dose per fraction) other treatment a current challenge. A better understanding cascade events TME remodeling following would be helpful design optimal combination.
