摘要: The paper presents the application of an electronic nose instrument to fast evaluation agricultural distillates differing in quality. investigations were carried out using a prototype equipped with set six semiconductor sensors by FIGARO Co., circuit converting signal into digital form and thermostats able provide gradient temperature characteristics gas mixture. A volatile fraction distillate samples quality was obtained barbotage. Interpretation results involved three data analysis techniques: principal component analysis, single-linkage cluster spheres method. prove usefulness presented technique control distillates. Optimum measurements conditions also defined, including volumetric flow rate carrier (15 L/h), thermostat during barbotage process °C) time sensor acquisition from onset (60 s).
