摘要: Nylon 66 is a well known engineering polymer with excellent mechanical and thermal properties. However, its poor electrical conductivity restricts application for conductive material. In this study, nano-copper particles are added into nylon matrix to enhance the value of nanocomposite. Sonication assisted dispersion method was used achieve dispersed nanomaterials through reasonable exfoliation in polymer. The impact sonication on performance nanocomposite were evaluated. found effectively reduce agglomeration nano-coppers 66, improved both Irrespective amount, sonication-treated consistently showed higher hardness strength than without sonication. increased by two orders magnitude from 10 -15 -13 compared that treatment.
