摘要: A method for the determination of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3, major metabolite vitamin D3 in human plasma, using a non-radioactive internal standard and reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with UV detection (265 nm) has been developed. The was applied to plasma from healthy subjects (n = 25) patients chronic renal failure 12). 25-Hydroxyvitamin 3-sulfate, conjugated also determined correlation between concentrations these metabolites examined. study showed that almost equal amounts both compounds were detected subjects, however, two amount sulfate free form found be about twice as high normally detected.
