摘要: Pharmacovigilance is the process of identifying, monitoring, and effectively reducing adverse drug reactions. Adverse reactions (ADRs) are an important consideration when assessing a patient's health. The proliferation new pharmaceuticals means that incidence ADRs increasing. goal for all health care providers must be to minimize risk as much possible. Steps achieve this include understanding pharmacology drugs prescribed proactively monitoring those patients at greatest developing ADR. Groups elderly, children, pregnant patients, well others. practiced by in order avoid ADRs.
