摘要: Several recent studies have given rise to optimism concerning steroid treatment in septic shock. ‘Physiological’ doses of steroids been shown reduce time shock reversal and may even be able decrease mortality [1–3]. Assuming that forthcoming will confirm these results, go through a revival [4]. The term: ‘relative adrenal insufficiency syndrome’ has already become established — as from severe sepsis is still more than 40% despite advances critical care expectations for therapeutic consequences are high.
