摘要: Aluminum (Al) toxicity is the primary stress factor in acid soils. Al tolerance suggested to be constitutional because of its rapid response. The cell wall root-tip acts as adsorption site for ions, but negativity and capacity cannot explain differential among crop plant species cultivars. Among several strategies tolerate toxicity, much evidence has been accumulating on specific exudation organic acids (citric, oxalic, malic acids) from cells. However, release was a partial strategy ions not general satisfactory one. role phenolic compounds existing outside and/or inside root cells under soil acidity should clarified more detail. apoplastic components (mucilage, wall, outer surface plasma membrane), membrane considered determinant tolerance. structure, function, genetic aspects that control are future subjects research. For better growth soils, plants also possess additional tolerances low nutrients (phosphorus, calcium others) stress.
