摘要: For over 30 years, the use of racial and/or demographic profiling by law enforcement personnel has persisted. Although numerous academic and governmental scholars have recognised existence profiling, Federal Bureau Investigation (FBI), America's premier agency, is apparently either unable or unwilling to investigate these allegations proactively. In this article, author will review a reactive investigation conducted FBI into in South Louisiana that developed out furore surrounding two nationally televised NBC ‘Dateline’ broadcasts January August 1997. The data presented were gathered from official documents acquired through Freedom Public Information Act (FOPIA), transcripts, research author. results suggest may lack interest investigations for variety reasons.
