摘要: Microprinting has been demonstrated effective in the patterning of surface regions for trapping cells used within microfluidic devices. In this study a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) silicone elastomer stamp was microfabricated and to microstamp concanavalin-A (con-A; protein that binds yeast) on glass surface. Yeast cells, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, were brought into contact with patterned con-A producing an array yeast microscale culture ordered identical printed pattern.Copyright © 2004 by ASME
