摘要: The purpose of the present study was to examine effects an acute dose arginine-based supplement on physical working capacity at fatigue threshold (PWCFT), lactate (LT), ventilatory (VT), and peak oxygen uptake during incremental cycle ergometry. This used a double-blinded, placebo-controlled, within-subjects crossover design. Nineteen untrained men (mean age ± SD = 22.0 1.7 years) were randomly assigned ingest either (3.0 g arginine, 300 mg grape seed extract, polyethylene glycol) or placebo (microcrystalline cellulose) performed test ergometer for determination PWCFT, LT, VT, uptake.
