摘要: In this communication, we carried out the systematic investigation of nonlinear absorption and scattering properties Aluminium nanoparticles (Al NPs) in various polar non-polar solvents. Al NPs were synthesized with pulsed Nd:YAG laser operated at 1064 nm by ablating target liquid environment like chloroform, chlorobenzene, toluene, benzene, carbon tetrachloride. Synthesized colloids solvents differ appearance UV-Vis extinction spectra exhibit UV region. The characterization performed Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) studies reveal that are made up a well crystallized inner part (bright zone) embedded an amorphous metal shell (dark region). Growth, aggregation, precipitation mechanisms which influence optical stability found to be related dipole moment surrounding environment. open aperture Z-scan technique 532 nm under nanosecond pulse excitation. measurements fitted theoretically estimate both two-photon (TPA) (NLS) coefficients. chloroform exhibited higher TPA, NLS coefficient values, lower limiting threshold values comparison partially solvent toluene benzene carbontetrachloride. These results indicate potential use as versatile material.
