摘要: SUMMARY The standard working pairs for absorption chillers, ammonia/water and water/lithium bromide show problematic behaviours like crystallisation corrosiveness. Because of their convenient solving properties low vapour pressure, ionic liquids are a new promising class sorbents cooling purposes. In this study, the water/1,3-dimethylimidazolium dimethylphosphate ([MMIM][DMP]) water/1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ([EMIM][DMP]) implemented in AspenPlus. The performance single effect cycle with these is simulated compared to results water/LiBr. For [EMIM][DMP] coefficient (COP) comparable that LiBr or even higher (up 0.85) found. [MMIM][DMP] shows smaller maximum COP but largely wider operating temperature range than LiBr. Results those other groups, discrepancies discussed improvements suggested.
