摘要: Fluoride-based thulium-doped visible light fiber amplifier (TmVLFA), which can be used to amplify the blue signal for a communication (VLC) system, is theoretically demonstrated first time according best of our knowledge. The transition rate equations and power propagation are solved predict dependence gain noise figure on parameters. numerical results show that with pump wavelength 1150nm 800mW, 2.75m long (480nm) up 33.3dB, in range from 3.0 3.5 dB. model encourage use VLC system amplification extend VLC.
