摘要: Problem areas currently receiving attention in the literature are discussed. It is suggested that considerable effort will be needed before much of theory translated into practice. In certain it argued methods which have been proposed past not based on adequate descriptions real problems. A plea made for more research process and empirical testing validation procedures as aids to managers.
