摘要: The high pressure differential across the wall of vessels is potentially dangerous and has caused many fatal accidents in history their development operation. For this reason structural integrity weldments critical to performance vessels. In recent years much research been conducted study variations welding parameters consumables on mechanical properties vessel steel optimize weld ensure are safe. quality a very important working aspect for manufacturing construction industries. Because reliability, Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) one chief metal joining processes employed industry. This paper addresses application desirability function approach combined with fuzzy logic analysis multiple characteristics (bead reinforcement, bead width, penetration dilution) submerged arc process SA 516 Grade 70 steels(boiler steel). Experiments were using Taguchi’s L27 orthogonal array varying current, voltage, speed electrode stickout. By analyzing response table graph reasoning grade, optimal obtained. Solutions from method can be useful manufacturers operators search an solution condition.
