摘要: A differential switch drive circuit includes a current source, control including pair of transistors having input terminals, output terminals for outputting voltages, and common connection node connected to the load elements each corresponding one terminals. Currents flowing through are controlled so that sum currents during steady state voltages is different from transient voltages.
