摘要: Method and apparatus for laser texturing symmetrically simultaneously both sides of a glass containing substrate, such as magnetic disk. There are two or more acousto-optic modulators arranged in series to obtain equal pulses from first beam laser, capturing order diffracted each modulator; monitoring the wavelength source, providing visible indicator diagnostic beam, combining with its respective form side substrate.
