摘要: Abstract This article seeks to add our understanding of the significance and impact processes translation in context socially responsible workforce reduction. Abandoning tendency among researchers policy-makers regard reduction as a stable feature or model that can be passed on implemented any organisation regardless local context, it will claimed here attempt understand what means practice must take account which occurs whereby new ideas are imitated translated by actors. claim supported field data from large Swedish company has been undergoing extensive restructuring since beginning 1990s. The implications highlight need for way practices connected over time consider space available actors when comes defining meaning their own context. paper also contributes interrelationship between such institutionalisation.
