摘要: An integrated circuit (IC) system includes a plurality of ICs configured in stacked voltage domain arrangement such that low side supply rail at least one is common with high another the ICs; reversible converter coupled to power rails each ICs, for stabilizing individual domains corresponding IC; and or more data level shifters facilitate communication between operating different domains, wherein an input signal given logic state first shifted output same second domain.
