摘要: In this paper, we develop a robust economic model predictive controller for the containment of stochastic Susceptible-Exposed-Infected-Vigilant (SEIV) epidemic processes which drives process to extinction quickly, while minimizing rate at control resources are used. The work present here is significant in that it addresses problem efficiently controlling general systems without relying on mean-field approximation, an important issue theory processes. This enables us provide rigorous convergence guarantees itself, improving over type results most prior work. There two primary technical difficulties addressed treating problem: (i) constructing means tractably approximating evolution process, so designed approximation modeling error introduced by applied moment closure, and (ii) guaranteeing causes closed-loop system drive SEIV quickly. As application, use developed framework optimizing quarantines containing outbreak.
