摘要: This paper is concerned with the clinical therapy of lung disease, particularly treatment pathology which involves a functional deficiency (quantitative or qualitative) pulmonary surfactant. As many other kinds medical therapies, however, efficacy surfactant-deficient disease has increased directly understanding underlying pathophysiology. Thus, although aspects are stressed, discussion initiated by considering some basic concepts surfactant (LS) and its influence on physiology.
