摘要: Prostate cancer (PC) is one of the most common cancers among men. Progression prostate associated with an increase in cellular level interleukin-6 (IL-6). Gallic acid (GA) a polyhydroxy phenolic compound which can inhibit growth cells. The aim this study was to evaluate effects GA treatment on cell viability, proliferation, invasion, IL-6 gene expression, secretion, levels pSTAT3, pERK1/2, and pAKT signaling proteins human PC3 cells viability after (0-120μM) evaluated by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assay. expression investigated using real-time polymerase chain reaction. Cellular concentration were determined Western blotting technic. invasion assessed assay test. Treatment caused significant decrease 48h dose-dependent manner. its decreased significantly treated GA. Our results show that down-regulation protein resulted diminishing lead reduction survival, Therefore, it seems be considered anticancer agent cancer.
