摘要: PURPOSE To determine the long-term outcomes of Descemet stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK) in iridocorneal (ICE) syndrome. METHODS Retrospective review a consecutive series 4 eyes patients with ICE syndrome treated by DSEK surgery at single institution follow-up between 2 and 7 years. RESULTS Mean after initial was 55 months (range, 24-95 months). One eye required 1 repeat DSEK, DSEKs for total 9 operations across eyes. There were no graft dislocations primary failures. Seven grafts achieved visual acuity 6/12 or better 6 months. cell loss 3, 6, 12, 24 ± 14%, 78 5%, 80 6%, 83 9%, respectively. Long-term survival poor suffering late failure mean 18 12-28 on Kaplan-Meier analysis 19 (95% confidence interval, 14-24 CONCLUSIONS has potential to provide good short-term However, beyond years is because failure. Patients considering should be warned about high probability surgery.
