摘要: A spectrophotometric method was developed based on the microwave assisted synthesis of Maillard product. Various conditions reaction were optimized by varying relative concentration reagents, operating temperature and volume solutions used in synthesizer. The absorbance synthesized product measured range 360-740 nm using UV-Visible spectrophotometer. Based maximum absorbance, 370 selected as optimum wave length for further studies. LOD LOQ glucose found 3.08 μg mL(-1) 9.33 with standard deviation ±0.05. also applicable to urine sample.
