摘要: Phenotypic variation plays an important role in how species cope with environmental challenges. Pinpointing which genes and genomic regions are underlying phenotypic variability thus helps to understand the processes of acclimation adaptation. We used Daphnia as a system identify candidates playing related predation risk environment genome-wide association approach. Furthermore, gene co-expression network analysis allowed identifying clusters co-expressed correlated life history traits. To enhance understanding functional roles transcripts, we identified orthologs paralogs from ontologies annotate interest. Our study revealed that only one trait two morphometric traits have genetic presence (fish kairomones), whereas most genotype-phenotype associations were detected genotype-environment interaction for reproduction-related The total 44 modules, module another namely 'total number broods'. combined use transcriptome-wide identification 131 candidate transcripts associated galeata. These results lay ground targeted studies further this species.
