摘要: This chapter proposes an Enterprise Business Intelligence Maturity Model that involves thirteen key process areas (Strategic Management, Performance Measure‐ ment, Balanced Scorecard, Information Quality, Data Warehouse, Master Metadata Analytical, Infrastructure, Knowledge People, Organization Culture and Change Management). objective of this was to investigate impact on demographic factors such as age BI initiave, organizational size, number IT/BI employees, type industry revenue the company towards Initiave. A survey conducted around 132 companies in study. Results shows initiatives, size employees have relationship maturity level while has strong company. above also show no level.
