摘要: Purpose The aim of this study was to evaluate four recording materials (polyether, polyvinyl siloxane, acrylic resin, and wax) for their ability accurately record, maintain, reproduce the vertical interocclusal relationship. Materials methods A metallic apparatus used represent opposing arches; its epoxy resin duplicate represented working casts. discrepancies produced because presence records were measured both after repositioning them on metal transferring onto Two-way ANOVA performed. Results Closure through small ranging from 24 74 microm. When repositioned apparatus, greater. lowest discrepancy displayed by siloxane (101 microm) polyether (107 microm), greatest wax (168 microm). transferred casts, approximately 0.5 mm, without significant differences among materials. Conclusion removal with clinically insignificant between tested. all tested mm found, which is clinical concern.
