摘要: Abstract Environmental pollutants with hormonal activity including bisphenol, diallyl phtalate and tetrabromodiphenyl ether, have the potential to alter gonadal development reproduction in aquatic wildlife. Little is known about biological impact of environmentally relevant concentrations mussels. To investigate some aspects their estrogenic action, mussels were continuously exposed during 3 weeks. Gonadal vitellogenin like protein levels examined. Bisphenol (50 μg/l) induced expression phospho-proteins females spawning both sexes. Diallyl phthalate ether decreased phospho-protein sexes males. Moreover, severe damaging effects on ovarian follicles ovocytes observed bisphenol A- ether-exposed female
