摘要: The present study examined the interaction between early life stress and 5-HTT genotypes in predicting two risk factors for suicidal behavior - brooding subtype of rumination impulsivity, form negative urgency over time. Furthermore, we stress, brooding, impulsivity as predictors ideation Participants with without a history were genotyped 5-HTTLPR polymorphism completed assessments assessing at baseline 6-month follow up. Early emotional abuse was associated follow-up. We found an indirect effect on through among individuals low expressing but not high genotypes. Further, logistic regression analysis revealed that higher odds (O.R. = 16.2) reporting suicide (versus no ideation) Our findings suggest may result from Further research is necessary to understand how interacts confer psychological mechanisms.
