摘要: The purpose of the current study was to evaluate bond strength a metal adhesive system bonded stainless steels and their component metals. Two sizes disk specimens (10 8 mm in diameter x 2.5 thickness) were machined from two designed for magnetic attachment (AUM20 SUS 316L), as well high-purity chromium (Cr) nickel (Ni) metals reference. air-abraded with alumina, either primed conditioner (Cesead II Opaque Primer) or left unprimed, an resin (Super-Bond Opaque). Shear strengths determined before after thermocycling, results analysed by analysis variance (ANOVA). Post-thermocycling unprimed groups 16.3 MPa AUM20 alloy, 7.5 316L 31.1 Cr 3.1 Ni. Those conditioned 30.3 32.9 39.3 13.1 Application elevated all (P<0.05). It can be concluded that combined use Super-Bond is effective bonding examined, suitable question.
