摘要: Hepatic responsiveness to beta 2-adrenergic stimulation is dynamically regulated during early development as well following hepatic injury and disease. In the present study, molecular mechanisms that underlie decline in steady-state levels of receptor mRNA occurs male rat were investigated. As determined by nuclear run-on assays, an age-associated reduction gene transcription was observed. The rate postnatal day 18 liver approximately 50% lower than fetal liver. Stability transcripts highest (t1/2 6h) hepatocytes isolated from rats lowest 14 rats. hepatocytes, but not 2 cycloheximide appeared stabilize presence actinomycin D. These findings establish basis reduced suggest multilevel regulatory control expression.
