摘要: Background and Aim:  Rat Zajdela ascitic hepatocellular carcinoma (ZAH) is a malignant cell type with some properties in common rat hepatocytes. The aim of this study was to determine the glycosylation patterns surface glycoproteins two lines C D ZAH by lectin binding for identification characterization tumor-specific markers. Methods:  Plasma membrane proteins from these cells were separated polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis presence sodium dodecyl sulfate, probed using radio-iodinated lectins. Results:  We observed decrease concavalin A, an increase wheat germ agglutinin (WGA) tumor as compared those normal liver cells. showed that WGA mainly due increased sialylation major sialylated contained O-linked carbohydrate chains. It also shown removal sialic acid neuraminidase significantly decreased lethality led survival tumor-bearing animals. appears be antigenicity desialylated cells. Conclusion:  Taken together, highly gp120 its absence significance respect biological tumor.
