摘要: Abstract The structure and the nature of magnetism ZnO Zn 1− x Co O (CZO) thin films (0⩽ ⩽0.09) deposited on glass substrate at 450 °C by spray pyrolysis technique is investigated. All CZO have wurtzite with a preferential orientation along c -axis had no impurity phase. This was also confirmed transmission electron microscopy analysis. Transmission UV–visible spectroscopy showed that 2+ well substituted for ions in matrix. Magnetization measurements low temperature show present paramagnetic behaviour sign ferromagnetism.
