摘要: Russia's system of fiscal federalism is examined and evaluated. Current theories provide criteria for evaluating such systems. Developments in OECD countries are to comparative perspectives. Data from Goskomstat the Ministry Finance, which an overview regional economic characteristics, used apply selected evaluation identify several reasons that suggest need a redistribution income among regions. Finally, reform proposals discussed.
