摘要: Blutige Diarrhoen sind das Leitsymptom der Colitis ulcerosa. Leibschmerzen, Fieber, Gewichtsverlust, Tenesmen und Ubelkeit mit Brechneigung werden als weitere Symptome angegeben. Die Konstellation haufigsten klinischen ist in epikritischen Darstellung Erfahrungen verschiedener Arbeitsgruppen ubereinstimmend zu finden last eine erhebliche Variation des Schweregrades erkennen, je nachdem, ob den Behandlungszentren schwerkranke oder leichtkranke Patienten uberwiegen (GOLIGHER et al. 1968; SLOAN 1950; KIRSNER u. SHORTER 1975; MuLLER-WIELAND 1972; FAHRLaNDER 1976).
