摘要: Thirty-five cases of osteochondritis dissecans the talus, operated on between 1950 and 1978, were studied. Twenty-four available for follow-up an average 47 months later. Three standard surgical approaches used, osteochondritic fragment removed. In some base defect was drilled. Good results obtained in 15 patients, fair nine. There no poor results. It concluded that is caused by trauma; early operation gives best results, 12 being critical delay time; drilling improves results; sex patient location lesion are little significance.
