摘要: Approaches in scaffold design must be able to construct appropriate porous structures obtain desired mechanical strength and biofactor delivery. The controlled assembly of pores inside a will very useful the field tissue engineering biology. In this paper, we fabricated magnetic sugar particles (MSPs) as porogen control pore size, structure density fabrication by particulate leaching method. Also kind new compound material — PVA is proposed for aligning MSPs on positions improving layout pores. In-plane magnetizer was utilized create permanent with specific pattern over layer. After biomaterial casting removal template, spherical were generated scaffold. Further preliminary cytocompatibility evaluation experiments ferrite NdFeB developed conducted human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Fluorescent micrograph HUVECs attached indicates method safe at cell cultivation level.
