摘要: Purpose To compare 5-year graft survival after Descemet stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty (DSAEK) and penetrating (PK) in Asian eyes. Design Prospective, nested, cohort study. Participants Consecutive patients who underwent DSAEK (423 eyes) or PK (405 for Fuchs' dystrophy (FED) bullous keratopathy (BK). Methods Clinical data donor recipient characteristics were recorded from our prospective the Singapore Corneal Transplant Registry. All surgeries performed by corneal surgeons at center, which included cases partially fellows training under direct supervision. Main Outcome Measures Five-year cumulative survival. Results Overall mean age was 67.8±9.8 years, 50.1% of men. There no significant differences ( P = 0.261) gender 0.78) between groups predominantly Chinese (76.6%) cohort, with more BK compared FED (68.1% vs. 31.9%; = 0.007). Cox regression analysis revealed that a factor associated failure (hazard ratio [HR], 3.30; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.05–5.33; 0.02) adjusting confounders such as age, gender, factors. incidence complications rejection = 0.002) greater group group. Conclusions In eyes same study standardized surgical postoperative regimes, superior BK.
