摘要: Abstract The manufacture of lithium ion batteries requires some processing steps to be carried out in a dry room, where the moisture content should remain below 100 parts per million. design and operation such room adds cost battery. This paper studied humidity management air from understand impact operating parameters on energy demand contribution towards battery manufacturing cost. study was conducted with help process model for volume 16,000 cubic meters. For defined base case scenario it found that has an approximately 400 kW. explores tradeoffs by looking at reduction quenching make-up vs. desiccant wheel, heat recovery regeneration cycle.
