摘要: Analyzing the results of various methods treatment is difficult because patient series providing these are not homogeneous, and stage development tumor always determined using same criteria from case to case. Nevertheless, we will try point out, among numerous therapeutic options, advantages each method as well path be followed. To do this, must answer three questions: 1. Do pancreatic resections improve prognosis in comparison with palliative bypasses? 2. Which offer best chance for a cure? 3. symptomatic adjuvant therapies produce maximum survival (length comfort)?
