摘要: Abstract High excitation photoluminescence of CdS at low temperatures excited by photons below the bandgap show same general features as those obtained one-photon band to absorption. The spectrum M -line shows no structure corresponding a giant two-photon absorption expected for direct creation excitonic molecules.
